Granny Flat & Pool Refurbishment – Quakers Hill

This project involved the construction of a self-contained two-bedroom granny flat, complete with a modern kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. In addition to the new dwelling, we undertook a full refurbishment of the existing swimming pool, including the installation of a custom water feature to enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

A significant challenge on this site was the extremely limited access, which required careful planning and execution. We worked collaboratively with neighbouring property owners to make use of shared access points, ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining progress. Through strategic coordination and efficient use of available resources, we successfully delivered a high-quality outcome that met the client’s expectations and satisfaction.
